I’ve been in my place for a little over three years now, and have found James to be extremely responsive and helpful. The portal app is kinda useless for maintenance issues, but I’ve always gotten a response when I called directly. Every issue I’ve had, James has made sure it was taken care of as quickly as possible. I’ve had my fridge, oven/stove, garbage disposal, and dryer replaced. Also, my washer and dishwasher have been repaired, and several light fixtures replaced. Renters realty seems like a company like any other, large and looking to maximize profit, having James oversee 100+ properties, but he works hard and I have really enjoyed my unit.

The online portal is easy and efficient. They can send monthly payment reminders to your email, you can submit repair requests and I was even fortunate to talk to the owner of the property. James is an outstanding realitor. He found a move in ready home for me and my family . It was in tip top shape and just minutes from mine, as well as my wife's work. He was on the ball like nobody's business closing our house. He uses digital paperwork which alowed us to close in about 23 days. We love our affordable home. The nieghborhood is great and my kids love it.
I lived here for a year and it was a great place. Close to everything without the location costs. Walkable to stovehouse and campus 805, being so close to Bandito Burrito is dangerous but delicious!
